For Graphic Printers Owners

If you own a 10ps, 20ps, 50ps, 455ca, 488ca, 2000cp, 2500cp, 2800cp, 3000cp, 3500cp, or 3800cp, we recommend you consider upgrading since this technology has been far surpassed and parts are difficult to come by.

If you own a 90, 120(nr) or 130(nr) series plotter, we can fix most minor problems, but recommend upgrading for any major problems.

If you own a 5000(ps) or 5500(ps) series plotter, we can offer same or next business day service since we stock carriage belts, inks,  printheads and ink tubes and are very familiar with these models.

If yours is a Z2100, Z3100(ps), Z3200(ps), or Z6100(ps), we will solve your image quality issues in a timely manner.

If you have an HP designjet scanner such as the 4200, 4500, cc800ps, 815mfp, or 820mfp, we have experience with these and will be glad to troubleshoot any problems you may have.

If you have any current model and are under manufacturer warranty, we suggest you call HP direct for service at 1-800-HP-INVENT, but if you need supplies. like ink, printheads, or paper, give us a call!
